some of our realtime recorded MPEG2 streams caused some headaches early on for our ffmpeg video "deriving" tool.
in the case of the video you mention, it was one of them.
it was restored to "streamable" quite awhile back but i thought
i'd post it here.

you should explain to your readers why you have done this as ppl have a right to know what you don't want them too see !!
